Back Office Executive – Job Description
A Back Office Executive is responsible for handling administrative and support tasks that ensure smooth business operations. This role focuses on data management, documentation, coordination, and internal process support rather than direct customer interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain company databases and records.
- Perform data entry and ensure accuracy of information.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation.
- Coordinate with internal departments to support daily operations.
- Process invoices, purchase orders, and other administrative documents.
- Monitor emails and respond to internal queries.
- Maintain confidentiality of company information.
- Assist in inventory management and record-keeping (if required).
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred).
Preferred Qualities:
- Experience in administrative or back-office roles.
- Basic knowledge of accounting or ERP systems.
- Problem-solving mindset and team-oriented approach.
