As an Application Developer, your day involves designing, building, and configuring applications that align with business processes and meet specific application requirements. You will engage in understanding the needs of various stakeholders and translate those into functional software solutions. Collaboration with team members to ensure seamless integration and performance of applications is a key part of your routine. You will also participate in refining application features and troubleshooting issues to enhance overall system efficiency and user satisfaction.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for application development.
- Assist in the documentation and maintenance of application design and development processes.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on project tasks.
- Continuously monitor application performance and suggest improvements to optimize functionality.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.
- Strong knowledge of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
- Experience with back-end development using Java and related frameworks.
- Familiarity with database management and integration techniques.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
