What You’ll Own
End-to-end video production leadership: Ideate, script, storyboard, film, and deliver educational videos across disciplines.
Collaborate with content experts to convert academic objectives into engaging visual stories, tailoring formats for both short‑form (Reels, Shorts) and long‑form (lectures, explainers).
Manage full logistics: Scheduling shoots, coordinating presenters or voice-overs, handling equipment, locations, and post-production workflows.
Deliver polished visual content: Editing, motion graphics, sound-mixing, subtitles, color grading, and final output that aligns with SciAstra’s high-quality visual brand.
Develop a scalable video pipeline: Create systems and templates for consistent, efficient delivery under brand and pedagogical standards.
Drive performance feedback loops: Monitor metrics such as views, engagement, retention; work with marketing/content teams to iterate content strategy.
Stay current with trends and formats: Ensure videos are optimized for platforms like Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Facebook—leveraging the latest tools and storytelling techniques.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
