We are looking for a motivated, professional, and results-oriented Medical Representative with a minimum of 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare field sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our products to healthcare professionals, strengthening customer relationships, and driving sales growth within the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote company products to doctors, clinics, hospitals, and pharmacies.
- Build and maintain long-term professional relationships with healthcare professionals.
- Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and clinical advantages to encourage product recommendations and prescriptions.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets within the assigned territory.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with existing customers while identifying and developing new business opportunities.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback, and provide timely market intelligence to the management team.
- Submit daily visit reports and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Medical Representative or in pharmaceutical field sales.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation, relationship-building, and persuasion abilities.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage field operations efficiently.
- Target-oriented with a proven ability to achieve and exceed sales goals.
- Good knowledge of pharmaceutical products and the healthcare industry.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (B.Pharm, D.Pharm, B.Sc., or Life Sciences preferred).
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
