Core Responsibilities
- Onboarding & Offboarding: Prepare orientation materials, conduct new-hire orientations, and process departure paperwork.
- Data Management: Maintain and update employee records and databases in the Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
- Payroll & Benefits: Track employee attendance, leaves, and overtime hours to support payroll processing, and answer staff questions regarding benefits.
- Employee Communication: Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries regarding company policies and procedures.
- Compliance: Ensure HR operations comply with local labor laws and internal company policies.
Pay: From ₹18,000.56 per month
