Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Scan to BIM – Team Lead to spearhead our scanning and Building Information Modeling (BIM) projects. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in point cloud data processing, BIM methodologies, team leadership, ensuring seamless project delivery and high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Ø Project Management: Oversee the entire Scan to BIM workflow, from initial planning to final output delivery.
Ø Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of BIM specialists, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
Ø Quality Assurance: Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and completeness of BIM models, adhering to project requirements and industry standards.
Ø Technical Expertise: Utilize software such as Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, or similar tools for BIM modeling and point cloud data manipulation.
Ø Collaboration & Coordination: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders for project alignment and timely execution.
Ø Process Improvement: Identify and implement best practices and emerging technologies in the Scan to BIM domain to enhance efficiency and output quality.
Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree (Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field). Experience: Minimum 5–10 years of experience in Scan to BIM projects. Previous experience in a lead or supervisory capacity is highly preferred. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM-related software. Hands-on experience with point cloud data processing tools (e.g., Autodesk Recap, Faro Scene, etc.). Soft Skills: Strong communication, leadership, and team-building abilities. Detail-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet project deadlines.
