Job Description:
- 1. Implementing software products in Pharma industry
- 2. Understanding of customization requirements of clients
- 3. Configuration / Setup of product
- 4. Technical support to client
- 5. Conduct training of software module to client
- 6. Software demonstration online as well as onsite
Qualifications:
Bachelors of Engineering (IT / Computer) / MCA/ MSC (Pharmaceutical)
Experience:
- 4 to 8 years of experience of working in IT systems of Pharmaceutical industry
- Thorough knowledge of manufacturing processes in Pharmaceutical industry
- Working knowledge of GAMP 5, USFDA Code of Federal regulations such as 21 CFR Part 11
- Able to take up site work under challenging and stressful conditions
- Able to quickly adapt to different client sites and working environment in those organizations
- Good analytical skills and problem-solving skills
- Strong Communication skills
