Job Description
Movigo is looking for a Driver Onboarding Executive to build and manage our network of delivery and commercial vehicle drivers in Indore.
Key Responsibilities
- Call and onboard new 2W, 3W, E-Loader and commercial vehicle drivers.
- Explain Movigo's app, fares, incentives and working process to drivers.
- Complete driver registration and required documentation.
- Follow up with registered/inactive drivers and activate them for rides.
- Achieve daily and monthly driver onboarding & activation targets.
- Maintain sufficient active driver availability according to order demand.
- Coordinate with drivers for ride acceptance and reduce cancellations/rejections.
- Re-engage inactive drivers and maintain a reliable active driver network.
- Support the operations team in arranging drivers during peak hours.
- Maintain daily calling, onboarding and activation reports.
Requirements
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Comfortable with calling and regular follow-ups.
- Target-oriented and responsible.
- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp and smartphone apps.
- Experience in driver onboarding, logistics, delivery operations, recruitment or telecalling will be preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
Preferred Candidates: Candidates with experience working with delivery partners/drivers for logistics, mobility, e-commerce or delivery companies.
Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
