About the Role
Blynk Virtual Technologies is a P2P (peer-to-peer) cryptocurrency trading business operating on platforms like Binance P2P. We’re looking for a Relationship Associate who can be the human face of our trading desk — someone who builds trust with clients, resolves their concerns quickly, and also drives revenue by growing trading volumes within their client base. This is a dual-mandate role: half relationship management, half sales.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
- Onboard new clients and guide them through KYC, account setup, and first trade execution
- Act as the primary point of contact for client queries related to deposits, withdrawals, order status, and rates
- Build long-term rapport with high-value and repeat clients to ensure retention
- Proactively reach out to dormant or inactive clients to re-engage them
- Coordinate with the trading/operations team to resolve disputes, delays, or payment mismatches
- Maintain accurate client interaction records in the ERP/CRM system
- Educate clients on platform features, pricing, and the trading process in clear, simple language
- Handle escalations professionally, keeping client trust and compliance both intact
Sales & Revenue Growth
- Meet monthly and quarterly trading volume / revenue targets assigned by management
- Convert inbound leads and referrals into active, trading clients
- Identify upsell opportunities — encouraging existing clients to increase trade frequency or volume
- Track competitor rates and market sentiment, feeding insights back to the pricing/trading team
- Build a referral pipeline through existing satisfied clients
Pay: ₹10,077.92 - ₹14,000.00 per month
