Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive with 3–5 years of experience to manage end-to-end recruitment, HR operations, and payroll processes. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and hands-on experience in HR functions.
Key Responsibilities:1. Recruitment:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle (sourcing, screening, scheduling, and onboarding)
- Post job openings on job portals and social media platforms
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand requirements
- Maintain candidate database and follow up with shortlisted candidates
2. HR Operations:
- Manage employee onboarding and exit formalities
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Handle attendance, leave management, and employee queries
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
3. Payroll Management:
- Process monthly payroll with accuracy and timeliness
- Handle statutory compliances like PF, ESI, and TDS
- Coordinate with finance for salary processing
- Resolve payroll-related queries from employees
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of recruitment and HR operations
- Experience in payroll processing and statutory compliance
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and HR software/tools
- Ability to multitask and work under deadlines
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
