Roles & Responsibilities
- Create engaging content ideas for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
- Plan and schedule posts according to the content calendar.
- Write captions, hashtags, and social media copy.
- Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors for content production.
- Monitor comments, messages, and audience engagement.
- Assist in executing social media campaigns.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, reels, and viral content.
- Conduct competitor and market research.
- Prepare weekly and monthly social media performance reports.
- Support influencer collaborations and campaign execution.
- Help maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms.
Requirements
- Pursuing or completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or any related field.
- Basic understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Knowledge of Canva is a plus.
- Basic understanding of Meta Business Suite is an advantage.
- Willingness to learn digital marketing tools and strategies.
- Self-motivated, responsible, and a team player.
