Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Sales Coordinator to support our sales and channel partner management activities. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, proficiency in Hindi, and the ability to coordinate with channel partners and customers to drive business growth.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners within the assigned territory.
- Manage sales activities of channel partners to achieve revenue targets.
- Coordinate with partners to develop and execute business plans.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and pricing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and customers.
- Monitor partner performance and recommend improvements.
- Resolve partner-related issues, sales conflicts, and customer concerns promptly.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain sales pipeline and provide regular sales forecasts.
- Communicate product updates and new offerings to partners.
- Support marketing activities, trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional campaigns.
- Attend sales meetings and customer presentations when required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Any Graduate.
- 1-3 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Channel Sales, or Business Development.
- Hindi proficiency is mandatory.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong coordination, follow-up, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
