Role Overview
We are seeking an AI Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and transform our end-to-end recruitment function.
This is not a traditional recruiter position.
You will be responsible for designing and managing an AI-powered hiring ecosystem that enables faster hiring, better candidate evaluation, and an exceptional candidate experience.
Beyond filling positions, your responsibility will be to continuously improve hiring efficiency by building AI agents, automation workflows, and scalable recruitment processes that reduce manual effort while maintaining high hiring standards.
Key Responsibilities
AI-Driven Recruitment
- Design, build, and optimize AI agents that support sourcing, screening, candidate communication, interview scheduling, and recruitment operations.
- Develop intelligent workflows that automate repetitive recruitment tasks while maintaining a personalized candidate experience.
- Continuously improve AI prompts, workflows, evaluation frameworks, and hiring processes.
- Identify opportunities where AI can improve speed, consistency, and hiring quality.
Talent Acquisition
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from job posting through offer acceptance.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand business requirements and define hiring strategies.
- Source high-quality candidates across multiple platforms and channels.
- Conduct structured screening interviews and candidate evaluations.
- Coordinate interview processes and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Recruitment Operations
- Develop standardized hiring processes, scorecards, interview frameworks, and evaluation criteria.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and reporting.
- Build scalable hiring documentation and knowledge repositories.
- Improve recruitment workflows using automation platforms and AI tools.
Employer Branding
- Collaborate with marketing and leadership to strengthen Drytis' employer brand.
- Create compelling job descriptions and recruitment campaigns.
- Ensure consistent employer messaging across all hiring platforms.
- Continuously improve candidate communication throughout the hiring journey.
Analytics & Continuous Improvement
- Track recruitment KPIs including:
o Time-to-Hire
o Quality-of-Hire
o Candidate Conversion Rate
o Offer Acceptance Rate
o Source Effectiveness
o Candidate Experience
- Build dashboards and reports to identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Use recruitment data to drive hiring decisions and optimize performance.
Required Qualifications
Must Have
- Proven experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or Human Resources.
- Experience hiring across technical, business, and operational roles.
- Strong understanding of structured interviewing and competency-based hiring.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar platforms.
- Strong prompt writing and AI workflow design skills.
- Experience improving recruitment processes through technology or automation.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
Success in This Role
Within your first 90 days, you will be expected to:
- Build AI-powered recruitment workflows that significantly reduce manual administrative work.
- Improve hiring speed without compromising candidate quality.
- Establish structured interview and evaluation frameworks across departments.
- Build scalable talent pipelines for key business functions.
- Deliver a professional, consistent, and engaging candidate experience.
- Continuously optimize recruitment processes using AI and automation.
