We're looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate who is passionate about fashion, styling, and delivering memorable shopping experiences.
What You'll Do
- Welcome customers and provide a premium in-store shopping experience.
- Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable jewellery.
- Build relationships with customers and encourage repeat visits.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Upsell and cross-sell complementary products.
- Maintain product displays and ensure the store always looks premium.
- Assist with billing, inventory handling, and stock replenishment.
- Respond to customer enquiries through WhatsApp and phone.
- Support video shopping appointments when required.
- Collect customer feedback and encourage Google Reviews.
What We're Looking For
- 1–5 years of experience in retail sales (jewellery, luxury fashion, cosmetics, watches, premium apparel, or similar).
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi. Kannada is an added advantage.
- Confident, energetic, and customer-oriented personality.
- Well-groomed with a strong sense of style.
- Passion for fashion and jewellery.
- Comfortable using smartphones, POS systems, and basic computer applications.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
Preferred Experience
Candidates with experience at brands such as Tanishq, CaratLane, Malabar Gold, Mia, Swarovski, Pandora, Shoppers Stop, Lifestyle, or other premium retail brands are encouraged to apply.
