Key Responsibilities
Sheet metal component 3D/2D design and development
Press tool, progressive tool, compound tool and bending tool design
Die design, strip layout and process planning
DFM/DFA and feasibility analysis
Material selection, sheet thickness and tolerance analysis
Tool-room manufacturing and tool assembly coordination
Tool trials, troubleshooting and die corrections
Press machine selection and tonnage calculation
Bend allowance, K-factor and flat-pattern development
Reverse engineering of sheet metal components
New product development and prototype development
Supplier/tool maker coordination and follow-up
Tool costing and quotation technical evaluation
Customer drawing/specification review
Team handling and project planning
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
