The HR Intern will support the Human Resources team in recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and administrative activities. This internship provides hands-on experience in various HR functions and an opportunity to learn corporate HR practices.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment Support
- Assist in sourcing candidates from job portals and LinkedIn
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates
- Schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases
2. HR Operations
- Maintain employee records and documentation
- Assist in onboarding and induction of new employees
- Support HR in preparing employee letters and documents
3. Employee Engagement
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities
- Help in planning events, celebrations, and team initiatives
4. HR Data & Reporting
- Maintain HR trackers and databases
- Support in preparing HR reports and dashboards
5. General HR Support
- Assist HR team in day-to-day administrative tasks
- Support HR projects and initiatives when required

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
