Job Description:
About the Role:
We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to join the Soul+ team full-time, in-office at Nagpur.
This role is for someone who understands storytelling through visuals, can create high-quality short-form content, and has a strong sense of pacing, music, aesthetics, and internet culture. You’ll work closely with the marketing and content team to bring wellness experiences, events, community moments, and brand campaigns to life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Edit reels, promotional videos, aftermovies, interviews, podcasts, and social media content
- Create engaging short-form content optimized for Instagram and other digital platforms
- Work on storytelling, transitions, pacing, sound design, and visual flow
- Collaborate with the design, marketing, and events team for campaign execution
- Organize and manage footage efficiently
- Stay updated with current editing trends, formats, and viral content styles
- Ensure timely delivery of content as per deadlines
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro is mandatory
- Basic understanding of color correction, sound design, and motion graphics
- Experience with Adobe After Effects is a plus
- Strong sense of aesthetics, music, and storytelling
- Ability to work in a fast-paced creative environment
- Passion for content, wellness, lifestyle, and community-driven brands is preferred
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of cinematic editing styles
- Understanding of Instagram Reels and short-form content trends
- Ability to independently execute edits from raw footage to final output
- Creative thinking and attention to detail
Salary:
Competitive salary based on experience and skills.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
