We're Hiring | Senior Data Scientist (AI/ML Lead)
Are you passionate about building cutting-edge AI/ML solutions and transforming data into impactful business outcomes? We are looking for an experienced Senior Data Scientist (AI/ML Lead) to join our growing team.
Location: Delhi NCR
Work Mode: Hybrid (1 Day/Week in Office)
Experience: 8+ Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop high-quality machine learning solutions using Python
- Design and implement advanced AI/ML models, including NLP and Neural Networks
- Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineering teams to solve complex business problems
- Build data pipelines and leverage Data Engineering best practices
- Analyze data from social media platforms such as Twitter, Instagram, Reddit, and Facebook
- Create prototypes and MVPs to demonstrate innovative AI-driven solutions
- Mentor and guide team members on Data Science methodologies and best practices
Required Skills:
- 10+ years of Data Science experience with strong AI/ML expertise
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras
- Strong programming skills in Python (R, Scala, or Go is a plus)
- Experience with NLP, Machine Learning, Optimization, and AI models
- Strong understanding of Git and version control systems
- Proven ability to derive actionable insights and business value from data
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Skills:
- Prompt Engineering and RAG implementation experience
- Docker, Kubernetes, and Microservices Architecture
- AWS Services (SageMaker, Comprehend, Lex, Rekognition, etc.)
- CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and GitLab
- Experience supporting and troubleshooting production AI systems
