Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Tender Executive/Manager to manage end-to-end tendering processes for our Security & Surveillance division. The candidate will be responsible for identifying tender opportunities, preparing documentation, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring timely submission of bids.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and track relevant tenders from government and private portals related to security and surveillance services (CCTV, access control systems, alarm systems, etc.).
- Analyze tender documents, eligibility criteria, and technical requirements.
- Prepare and compile tender documents including technical bids, commercial bids, and supporting documents.
- Coordinate with technical, finance, and procurement teams for inputs and cost estimations.
- Ensure compliance with all tender requirements, terms, and conditions.
- Submit tenders within deadlines (online/offline) and maintain proper documentation.
- Handle post-submission follow-ups, clarifications, and negotiations if required.
- Maintain a database of tenders, submissions, and outcomes.
- Track competitor activities and market trends in the security & surveillance industry.
- Assist in vendor registration and empanelment processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 2–5 years of experience in tendering, preferably in security/surveillance or related industry.
- Strong knowledge of Government e-Marketplace (GeM), e-tender portals, and procurement processes.
- Excellent documentation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tenders simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in CCTV, fire safety, or electronic security systems.
- Knowledge of pricing strategies and cost analysis.
- Familiarity with compliance and legal documentation in tendering.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
