Maintain client records, treatment history, and feedback.
Respond to phone calls, WhatsApp, and messages from patients.
Required Candidate profile
Build good relationships with clients to increase repeat visits.
Coordinate with doctors and therapists for smooth patient flow.
Handle complaints or queries politely and professionally.
