Inside Sales Representative Experience: 1–4 years (Freshers with strong communication skills may apply) |
Role Overview Generate leads, nurture prospects, and close sales via phone, email, and digital channels, supporting field and channel sales teams to drive IT products and solutions revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and CRM/digital research
- Achieve monthly/quarterly targets by presenting solutions, preparing quotations, and closing deals
- Upsell and cross-sell to existing customers; ensure high satisfaction and retention
- Coordinate with field sales, pre-sales, and logistics for smooth order fulfilment
- Maintain accurate CRM pipeline data and submit regular sales reports
Requirements
- Bachelor's in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
- 1–4 years in inside sales, tele-sales, or B2B business development — preferably in IT
- Familiarity with IT products: laptops, desktops, networking, printers, or software
- Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, Zoho, or similar)
- Fluent in English and Hindi; proficient in MS Office
