Position: Beauty & Wellness Trainer
Location: Delhi NCR
Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver classroom and practical training in Beauty & Wellness courses.
- Conduct demonstrations and hands-on sessions on beauty treatments, skin care, hair care, grooming, and salon practices.
- Prepare lesson plans, training materials, assessments, and practical assignments.
- Monitor student attendance, progress, and performance.
- Ensure compliance with NSQF, SSC, and project guidelines, wherever applicable.
- Support student counselling, motivation, and career guidance.
- Maintain training records, assessment documentation, and reports.
Eligibility Criteria
Diploma / Advanced Certificate Course in Cosmetology, Beauty Therapy, or Beauty Culture from a recognized Institution, ITI, or NVTI.
Minimum 3 years of working experience in the Beauty & Wellness profession.
Preferred Skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Hands-on experience in beauty and salon services.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
- Knowledge of skill development programs and vocational education will be an added advantage.
- Ability to conduct practical demonstrations and manage training batches effectively.
