Key Responsibilities
- Visit company branches and project sites across Tamil Nadu to oversee civil maintenance activities.
- Coordinate with branch teams to ensure smooth execution of civil works.
- Prepare estimations, BOQs, costing, and quantity calculations.
- Monitor project progress and maintain accurate documentation.
- Ensure civil works are completed on time while adhering to quality and safety standards.
- Inspect completed work and coordinate with vendors and contractors when required.
- Submit regular service reports and update management on project status.
Eligibility
- Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in civil construction, maintenance, or project execution.
- Freshers with strong practical knowledge may also be considered.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of civil estimation, costing, and quantity surveying.
