We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager – Power BI to lead enterprise reporting and analytics initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Power BI, DAX, SQL, Data Modeling, Power Query, ETL, Dashboard Development, and Data Visualization. This role requires hands-on experience in designing scalable BI solutions, managing Power BI Service environments, implementing Row-Level Security (RLS), optimizing report performance, and delivering KPI-driven dashboards for business stakeholders. The candidate should possess strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with experience leading analytics teams, driving data governance standards, and collaborating across cross-functional business units. Exposure to Microsoft Fabric, Agile methodologies, and modern BI architecture is highly preferred. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills are essential.
