- Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.
- Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, sales, purchase, and general ledger.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Perform bank, ledger, vendor, and customer reconciliations.
- Manage GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and other statutory compliance related to accounts.
- Assist in GST returns, TDS returns, and statutory filings.
- Monitor outstanding receivables and payables.
- Verify invoices, purchase bills, expense claims, and payment documents.
- Prepare MIS reports and management reports.
- Assist in budgeting, costing, and expense control.
- Support internal, statutory, tax, and other audit requirements.
- Maintain proper documentation and accounting records.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, suppliers, customers, and other departments.
- Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and applicable regulations.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Perform other accounting and finance-related duties assigned by management.
Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
