Key Responsibilities Production Responsibilities
Assist in day-to-day production activities.
Assemble and inspect products according to engineering drawings and specifications.
Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are maintained.
Perform routine quality checks and prepare inspection reports.
Identify production issues and report them to senior engineers.
Maintain production records and documentation.
Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times.
Coordinate with the production team to achieve daily production targets.
Service Responsibilities
Install, commission, and demonstrate equipment at customer locations.
Attend service calls and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues.
Perform preventive maintenance and repair work.
Provide technical support and guidance to customers.
Prepare service reports after every customer visit.
Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints.
Coordinate with the production and technical teams for spare parts and technical assistance.
Required Skills
Basic knowledge of production processes and manufacturing techniques.
Understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
Ability to read engineering drawings and technical documents.
Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel for installation and service assignments.
Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
Qualification
ITI/Diploma/Graduate
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
