Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Motion Graphic Designer with 2–3 years of professional experience in motion graphics, video editing, and digital content creation. The ideal candidate should be proficient in creating engaging visual content for social media, marketing campaigns, corporate presentations, advertisements, and digital platforms. The candidate should possess strong storytelling abilities, animation skills, and expertise in industry-standard design and video editing tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and create high-quality motion graphics, animations, and video content for digital and social media platforms.
- Edit and enhance video footage using professional editing techniques, transitions, effects, and sound synchronization.
- Develop engaging 2D animations, explainer videos, promotional videos, and logo animations.
- Create visually appealing graphics and assets using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Apply color correction, color grading, and visual effects (VFX) to improve video quality and storytelling.
- Collaborate with marketing, branding, and creative teams to understand project requirements and deliver compelling visual content.
- Optimize video content for multiple platforms including Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, and company websites.
- Maintain brand consistency across all creative deliverables.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, animation techniques, and video production technologies.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and quality standards.
Required Skills & QualificationsTechnical Skills
- Strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects.
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Expertise in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
- Strong knowledge of 2D Animation and Motion Graphics principles.
- Experience in Logo Animation and Typography Animation.
- Knowledge of Color Grading and Video Enhancement techniques.
- Understanding of Visual Effects (VFX) and compositing.
- Experience creating content for social media platforms.
