A typical HR Executive manages several key functions:
- Talent Acquisition: Overseeing end-to-end hiring, from drafting job descriptions and screening resumes to coordinating interviews and negotiating job offers.
- Onboarding & Orientation: Guiding new hires through company culture, coordinating IT setups, and completing joining formalities.
- Payroll & Attendance: Tracking employee leaves and attendance, coordinating payroll inputs, and resolving salary or benefit discrepancies.
- Statutory Compliance: Ensuring the organization complies with regional labor laws (e.g., PF, ESIC, Shops and Establishments Act in India) and updating necessary documentation.
- Employee Relations & Grievances: Acting as the primary point of contact for staff concerns, facilitating conflict resolution, and fostering a positive work environment.
- Performance & Exit Management: Supporting performance review cycles, setting goals, and managing the offboarding process and exit interviews.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
