Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Doctor Referral Marketing Executive to build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, clinics, hospitals, and healthcare professionals. The role involves generating patient referrals, promoting healthcare services, and expanding the organization's referral network to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with doctors, clinics, hospitals, and healthcare professionals.
- Visit doctors and healthcare facilities regularly to promote the organization's services.
- Generate patient referrals and achieve monthly referral targets.
- Identify and onboard new referral partners.
- Conduct presentations and meetings to explain healthcare services and benefits.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless patient management and service delivery.
- Track referral data and maintain accurate records of doctor interactions.
- Gather feedback from doctors and referral partners to improve services.
- Organize medical camps, CMEs, awareness programs, and promotional activities.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports.

Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Life Sciences, Healthcare Management, or related field.
- 0–3 years of experience in healthcare marketing, doctor referral marketing, pharmaceutical sales, or hospital marketing.
- Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.

- Number of doctor visits conducted.
- New referral partners added.
- Patient referrals generated.
- Revenue generated through referrals.
- Conversion rate of referrals to patients.
- Achievement of monthly and quarterly targets.
