Job Description
We are looking for a result-oriented Sales Trainer to train, guide, and monitor our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for managing leads, improving the team’s sales communication, teaching effective sales pitches and objection handling, and ensuring that the team consistently follows the company’s defined sales process.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and distribute leads effectively among the sales team.
- Train team members on sales pitch, product/service knowledge, and communication skills.
- Teach effective objection handling and lead conversion techniques.
- Monitor sales calls and interactions and provide constructive feedback.
- Ensure the team follows the defined sales process, CRM system, and follow-up system.
- Track lead follow-ups, conversions, and individual team performance.
- Conduct regular training sessions, role-plays, and performance reviews.
- Identify skill gaps and provide one-on-one coaching.
- Ensure leads are followed up properly and within the required timelines.
- Work closely with management to improve sales processes and conversion rates.
- Maintain discipline, accountability, and consistency within the sales team.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in sales training, team handling, or sales management.
