ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for an experienced Chief Financial Officer to lead the finance function of a ₹200 Cr manufacturing organization. The ideal candidate will bring deep financial expertise, strong command over statutory compliance (including GST), and the ability to drive month-on-month financial closing and reporting with precision.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead end-to-end finance and accounts operations for the organization
- Prepare and finalize the Balance Sheet on a month-on-month basis
- Ensure timely and accurate statutory compliance — GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other applicable regulations
- Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning aligned with business goals
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and cost control across operations
- Liaise with auditors, banks, tax authorities, and regulatory bodies
- Present financial performance, risk analysis, and strategic recommendations to the MD
- Strengthen internal financial controls and MIS reporting systems
- Guide and mentor the finance and accounts team
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Qualified CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent
- 10–15+ years of experience in finance leadership roles, preferably in a manufacturing setup
- Deep, hands-on knowledge of GST and statutory compliance
- Proven experience in month-on-month Balance Sheet preparation and finalization
- Strong analytical, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience handling finance for a company with ₹200 Cr+ turnover preferred
