Role Overview
As a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Manager at Unlisted Share Wala, you will be the primary bridge between the platform and our premium investors. Your mission is to simplify the complex world of unlisted shares, build long-term trust, and ensure a seamless transaction experience—from initial interest to the transfer of shares into the client's Demat account.
Key Responsibilities
- Portfolio Advisory: Proactively communicate with clients regarding new unlisted opportunities, IPO news, and updates on companies.
- Lead Management: Convert inbound inquiries into active investors by explaining the risk-reward profile of the unlisted market.
- Onboarding & Compliance: Guide clients through the KYC process and ensure all documentation for share transfers (DIS/CMR copies) is accurate and compliant with SEBI guidelines.
- Relationship Retention: Maintain regular touchpoints with existing HNIs to provide valuation updates on their current holdings and suggest diversification.
- Market Intelligence: Stay updated on the latest "Grey Market Premium" (GMP) trends and financial performance of unlisted entities to answer technical queries.
- Dispute Resolution: Act as the first point of contact for any issues regarding payment cycles or share credit timelines.
Experience: 6 month to 1 year in Wealth Management, Stock Broking, or Fintech.
Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of Demat operations, IPO cycles, Debt syndication.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills; ability to explain complex financial jargon simply.
