Overview:
We are looking for a Recruitment Intern who will be responsible 100% for sourcing candidates (software engineers, designers, PMs, etc.) for ongoing hiring needs.
This is a full-time remote internship where you will gain hands-on experience in technical recruitment and talent research using LinkedIn and other ATS platforms.
Requirements:

Must be in the final year of graduation (preferably HR, Business, IT/CS, BCA, BSc IT, etc.)

Mandatory: Prior experience using sourcing tools like LinkedInrecruiter, workday, naukri, weekday (Even 1–3 months internship experience or working on college projects is acceptable)

Strong interest/understanding of tech roles & terminology (React, Node, Full Stack, Product, UI/UX, etc.)

Basic knowledge of Google Sheets & Google Docs

Excellent communication and research skills

Must have a laptop and stable internet connection

Ability to commit to 8 hours/day, Monday to Friday from 10am to 7pm (remote work)
Responsibilities:

Sourcing candidates, sharing JDs, and getting on calls to make them understand the role requirements.
- Reach out to candidates, messaging & maintain follow-up till they apply.

Evaluate profiles based on predefined criteria (skills, experience, projects, etc.)

Maintain and update sourcing trackers regularly

Connect with clients for feedback along with internal stakeholders when needed
