Role Summary
As a Business Development Associate (BDA) – US Team, you will play a key role in expanding Bhanzu’s footprint in the United States market. This entry-level role is ideal for recent graduates who are proactive, adaptable, and eager to gain exposure to global sales and business development within the EdTech sector.
You will engage with prospective US clients, deliver product demonstrations, support outreach initiatives, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive growth and brand presence in the US region.
Key Responsibilities
● Lead Engagement: Connect with potential US clients through calls, emails, and personalized outreach.
● Product Demonstrations: Conduct engaging product demos for prospective customers and partners in the US market.
● CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and follow-ups using CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot.
● Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to execute US-focused strategies and meet targets.
● Market Insights: Track competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback within the US education space.
● Campaign Support: Assist in outreach campaigns, webinars, and lead-generation initiatives.
● Customer Feedback: Gather insights from prospects and share them with internal teams for process and product improvement.
● Industry Awareness: Stay updated on EdTech trends and evolving customer needs in the US market.
Required Skills & Qualifications (Mandatory Requirements)
● Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (recent graduates encouraged to apply).
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong command of English.
● Strong persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
● Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
● Ability to work independently and collaboratively with global teams.
● Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
● Willingness to work in US time zones/shifts.
Preferred Qualifications
● Prior exposure to US markets or international client communication.
● Experience in inside sales, business development, or EdTech roles.
● Familiarity with global sales processes and virtual selling techniques.
Location & Working Hours
Work Mode: On site - HSR Layout, Bangalore
Working Days: 6 days/week (inc. Sat & Sun)
Shift Timings: 9 PM - 6 AM (Night Shift)
Cab/transport facility is not provided for this role
