We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Business Development Executive to join our sales team and support business growth across our IT Consulting and Microsoft Licensing divisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research prospective clients through LinkedIn, online databases, and market research.
- Execute outbound prospecting campaigns via email, LinkedIn, phone calls, and other outreach channels.
- Generate and qualify leads for the Sales and Pre-Sales teams.
- Schedule discovery meetings and introductory calls with decision-makers.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, activity tracking, and pipeline updates.
- Follow up with prospects and support proposal discussions.
- Conduct market, industry, and competitor research to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with sales leadership to achieve business development targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 0–1 year of experience in Business Development, Inside Sales, Lead Generation, SDR, or related roles.
- Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and result-oriented mindset.
- Ability to learn quickly and work in a target-driven environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Interest in B2B sales, IT Services, Cloud Technologies, and the Microsoft ecosystem.
Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have)
- Exposure to B2B outbound sales or lead generation.
- Experience in SaaS, IT Services, Cloud, or Technology Consulting environments.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales prospecting tools.
- Understanding of Microsoft solutions, cloud services, or software licensing.
