Job Summary
Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Oracle Fusion Middleware Support Engineer to join our support team. The candidate will be responsible for providing L1/L2 support for middleware components including SOA Suite, OSB, AQ, MQ, and JMS. This role requires strong troubleshooting skills, a good understanding of integration flows, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
3–5 years of experience in supporting Oracle Fusion Middleware environments.
Strong expertise in Oracle SOA Suite (BPEL), Oracle Service Bus (OSB), Advanced Queueing (AQ) Message Queues (MQ) and Java Messaging Service (JMS)
Basic understanding of WebLogic Server and its components.
Familiarity with XML, WSDL, SOAP, REST, and integration concepts.
Good problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work in a team-oriented support environment.
Key Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Provide L1/L2 support for Oracle Fusion Middleware components such as SOA Suite, OSB, AQ, MQ, and JMS.
Monitor middleware services and respond to alerts and incidents.
Perform initial triage and troubleshooting of integration and messaging issues.
Escalate complex issues to senior engineers or L3 support as needed.
Assist in deployment activities and configuration changes under supervision.
Maintain and update support documentation and knowledge base articles.
Collaborate with application and infrastructure teams to resolve issues.
Participate in shift rotations and on-call support as required.
