We are seeking a visionary Power BI & Analytics Architect with a minimum of 10+ years of experience to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of our enterprise visualization ecosystem. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between complex business strategy and technical execution, defining the blueprint for high-performance Power BI architectures. You will serve as the primary authority on reporting standards, tenant governance, and the end-to-end analytics lifecycle.
Lead the design of end-to-end visualization architectures, ensuring report scalability and high availability for global stakeholders. Oversee the Power BI tenant environment, including capacity management (Premium/Fabric), gateway architecture, and workspace security protocols. Establish enterprise-wide visualization standards and UX/UI frameworks to ensure consistency across all business units. Lead a team of developers, conduct high-level code reviews, and enforce best practices in DAX optimization and report performance tuning. Collaborate with executive leadership to translate business objectives into technical reporting roadmaps and self-service BI strategies.
Minimum of 10+ years of experience in Power BI & Analytics Architecture. Expertise in architecting complex dashboards and Paginated Reports for executive-level consumption. Mastery of DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) for complex business logic and MDX for multi-dimensional models. Comprehensive experience with Power BI Service administration, Gateway clusters, and Capacity management. Implementation of advanced Row-Level Security (RLS), Object-Level Security (OLS), and performance optimization for large-scale datasets (DirectQuery vs. Import). Mastery of data modeling for visualization, including the optimization of the VertiPaq engine and Tabular modeling.
