- Manage overall OT operations and daily scheduling.
- Coordinate with surgeons, anesthetists, nursing, CSSD, and support departments.
- Ensure OT readiness for all planned and emergency surgeries.
- Supervise OT technicians, nurses, and support staff.
- Prepare duty rosters and manage manpower allocation.
- Ensure compliance with infection control and aseptic protocols.
- Implement and monitor WHO Surgical Safety Checklist.
- Ensure availability of instruments, implants, consumables, and medications.
- Monitor maintenance and functionality of OT equipment.
- Ensure proper sterilization and biomedical waste management.
- Maintain OT records, reports, and documentation.
- Conduct audits and ensure NABH compliance.
- Monitor OT quality indicators and patient safety measures.
- Organize staff training and competency assessments.
- Control inventory, resource utilization, and operational costs.
- Investigate incidents, near misses, and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure emergency preparedness and availability of life-saving equipment.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and departmental meetings.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per month
