We are looking for a technically skilled and customer-focused Service Engineer to support our Solar EPC and Inverter Manufacturing divisions. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer service requests, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring timely resolution of service complaints.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer service requests and complaints related to solar EPC installations and solar inverters.
- Provide technical support for residential solar systems and inverter products.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, solar system, and inverter-related issues.
- Coordinate with customers and internal teams to ensure prompt service resolution.
- Conduct site visits for inspection, maintenance, and service activities when required.
- Maintain service records and prepare service reports.
- Assist customers with system operation, maintenance guidance, and technical queries.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
- Support installation, commissioning, and after-sales service activities.
Required Qualifications
- ITI (Electrical), Diploma in Electrical Engineering, or any relevant technical qualification.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the solar industry, electrical field, inverter servicing, or related technical roles.
- Good knowledge of solar PV systems, inverters, and electrical troubleshooting.
- Technically sound with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and service teams.
- Willingness to travel for service and site support activities.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of residential solar EPC projects.
- Experience in inverter installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
- Understanding of electrical wiring, safety practices, and testing instruments.
- Customer handling and service management skills.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
