- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and connect with potential clients, including businesses, academic institutions, and individual professionals seeking bespoke learning solutions. Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.Client Engagement: Understand client needs and present tailored e-learning solutions that address their unique requirements. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. Collaboration: Work closely with the course development and marketing teams to align client needs with our bespoke offerings. Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to identify opportunities and refine the sales approach.Reporting: Track sales performance, provide regular updates to management, and contribute to forecasting efforts.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in e-learning. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to understand and articulate complex solutions to diverse audiences. Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving abilities. Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting systems is plus. Passion for learning and education, with a willingness to understand niche subject areas. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
