- We are an MEP Design Consultancy firm. Therefore, we are specifically looking for candidates with experience in Consultancy /building services design
- I. HVAC SENIOR DRAUGHTSMAN : 3 – 5 YEARS
- 1. Create / Drafting detailed technical HVAC drawings and plans using CAD software (Understanding of VRV, VRF, DX, AHU, Chiller, Ventilation & Exhaust systems and knowledge of components like AHU, Ducts (supply, return, fresh air, exhaust), Dampers, diffusers, grills, Chillers, cooling towers (basic idea), Air distribution basics like Air flow concept (CFM), Static pressure (basic understanding), duct routing).2. Collaborate with engineers and architects to understand project requirements.Prepare schematics, HVAC Layouts and diagrams for projects to relevant industry standards and regulations like NBC, Ishare, Ashare etc.3. Ability to work independently on drawings based on design inputs. (Experience in handling office, Commercial Building, High end Residential Building and Bungalow, Hospitals, Factories, IT Buildings, Institutional Buildings).4. Coordination with architectural, electrical, and plumbing, services.5. Prefer Candidate who experience in Preparing documentation such as heat load calculations (E20), BOQ (duct quantity, insulation, etc.).6. Coordinate with other drafters and designers to maintain consistency across project deliverables.Education: Mechanical Draughtsman and AutoCAD / Draughtsman-ITKey Skills : CAD, Schematics, Mechanical Drawings.
- II. ELECTRICAL SENIOR DRAUGHTSMAN: 3 – 5 YEARS
1. Create /Drafting detailed technical Electrical & L.V. drawings and plans using CAD software (Understanding LT panels, HT basics. Power distribution (DB, SMDB, MCC), Lighting systems, Earthing & lightning protection, Knowledge of Transformers, DG sets (basic), Cables, cable trays, conduits, Switchgear, panels
2. Collaborate with engineers and architects to understand project requirements.
Prepare schematics, All Electrical & L.V. Layouts(Lighting, Power, Cable tray, Raceway, Lightning Protection, Fire Alarm, CCTV, Public Address, Access control etc.) and diagrams for projects to relevant industry standards and regulations.
3. Ability to work independently on drawings based on design inputs. (Experience in handling office, Commercial Building, High end Residential Building and Bungalow, Hospitals, Factories, IT Buildings, Institutional Buildings).
4. Coordination with architectural, plumbing, HVAC services.
5. Prefer Candidate who experience in Preparing documentation such as Electrical load calculations, Design Basis Report, BOQ, and estimates.
6. Coordinate with other drafters and designers to maintain consistency across project deliverables.
Education: Draughtsman-IT / Electrical Draughtsman / Interior Designer, AutoCAD
