Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Spare Parts Manager to oversee spare parts operations at our automobile workshop in Sewri, Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inventory management, procurement, parts availability, team supervision, and ensuring smooth workshop operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage spare parts inventory and maintain optimum stock levels.
- Ensure timely availability of parts for workshop and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with OEMs and vendors for procurement and deliveries.
- Monitor stock movement, aging inventory, and dead stock.
- Conduct regular stock audits and maintain inventory accuracy.
- Supervise spare parts store operations and team members.
- Generate inventory and performance reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and audit requirements.
- Work closely with the Service Department to minimize vehicle downtime.
Requirements
- 5–10 years of experience in Automobile Spare Parts Management.
- Experience in an automobile dealership/workshop is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of inventory control and procurement processes.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Dealer Management Systems (DMS)/ERP.
- Good leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
