Job Title: Educational Counsellor (Executive Education Sales)

Job Overview
We are looking for a result-driven Educational Counsellor with experience in executive education sales. The role involves engaging with working professionals, understanding their career goals, and guiding them towards suitable online UG/PG and executive programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle and convert leads generated through various marketing channels
- Connect with 100–120 working professionals daily via calls and follow-ups
- Understand candidates’ career aspirations and recommend relevant programs
- Provide detailed counselling through phone or video sessions
- Maintain and manage lead data using CRM tools such as LeadSquared
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly enrollment and revenue targets
- Generate referrals from existing customers to expand the pipeline
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling programs
Requirements
- Graduate/Post Graduate in any discipline
- 2–4 years of experience in education sales, preferably in executive programs
- Experience in selling high-ticket programs such as Global MBA, Online MBA, PG programs, or technical certifications
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools (LeadSquared preferred)
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive approach
- Immediate joiners preferred
