- Identify and develop new international business opportunities
- Manage and grow relationships with existing overseas clients and distributors
- Conduct market research to understand demand, competition, and pricing in global markets
- Prepare and execute export sales strategies to achieve targets
- Handle inquiries, quotations, negotiations, and order finalization
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and documentation teams for timely order fulfillment
- Ensure compliance with export regulations, documentation, and international trade laws
- Participate in international trade fairs, exhibitions, and client meetings
- Monitor payment collections and manage export-related financial transactions
- Track sales performance and prepare reports for management
