Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to lead and manage the Human Resources function for a growing IT organization in Kakkanad, Kochi. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, hands-on HR expertise, and the ability to drive people-focused initiatives aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Talent Acquisition and Workforce Planning activities.
- Develop, implement, and monitor HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Drive employee engagement, retention, and organizational culture initiatives.
- Manage performance appraisal processes and employee development programs.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory regulations, and HR documentation.
- Oversee payroll coordination, attendance management, and HR operations.
- Handle employee relations, grievance management, and conflict resolution.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the HR team.
- Collaborate with management to align HR strategies with business objectives.
- Prepare HR reports, MIS, and workforce analytics for decision-making.
Requirements
✔ Minimum 7 years of experience in Human Resources, including leadership responsibilities.
✔ Prior experience in the IT industry is preferred.
✔ Strong knowledge of HR operations, employee lifecycle management, and labor compliance.
✔ Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
✔ Ability to manage multiple HR functions independently.
✔ Experience in performance management, employee engagement, and policy implementation.
✔ Proficiency in HRMS tools and Microsoft Office applications.
