Key Roles & ResponsibilitiesProject Coordination
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor ongoing construction projects from initiation to handover.
- Prepare project schedules and track project progress against timelines.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
- Ensure project deliverables are completed as per approved specifications and quality standards.
- Monitor project budgets and control costs to maximize profitability.
- Conduct regular site visits and project review meetings.
- Identify project risks and implement corrective actions promptly.
- Prepare and submit project status reports to management.
Branch Management
- Manage the overall operations and performance of the Kochi branch.
- Ensure achievement of branch revenue, sales, and project targets.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Maintain branch records, documentation, and compliance requirements.
- Monitor branch expenses and optimize resource utilization.
- Ensure smooth coordination between office staff and site teams.
Client Relationship Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout project execution.
- Conduct client meetings and provide regular project updates.
- Address client concerns and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service excellence.
- Support the sales team during client presentations and project discussions.
Team Leadership & Supervision
- Lead, motivate, and supervise project coordinators, engineers, site supervisors, and administrative staff.
- Assign responsibilities and monitor team performance.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide guidance for professional development.
- Promote teamwork, accountability, and a positive work culture.
Vendor & Contractor Management
- Identify and onboard reliable vendors and contractors.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements.
- Monitor vendor performance and ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Verify bills, work completion reports, and payment recommendations.
Quality, Safety & Compliance
- Ensure all projects comply with local regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
- Monitor quality control processes at project sites.
- Promote workplace safety and ensure adherence to safety procedures.
- Coordinate inspections and approvals from relevant authorities.
Business Development Support
- Assist in identifying new business opportunities and project leads.
- Build relationships with clients, consultants, and industry stakeholders.
- Support marketing and promotional activities of the branch.
- Contribute to branch growth and market expansion initiatives.

Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field.
- Minimum 5–10 years of experience in construction project management and branch operations.
- Experience in residential construction projects preferred.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹41,944.91 per month
