Upkarak Tech Solutions is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join our growing team. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in Pro AV, technical sales, channel development, distributor management, reseller relationships, and B2B business development.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing existing accounts, developing channel partnerships, and converting qualified leads into business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow relationships with distributors, resellers, system integrators, and channel partners.
- Convert qualified leads into sales opportunities and long-term customers.
- Manage and nurture existing customer accounts.
- Conduct virtual product demonstrations and sales presentations.
- Identify new business opportunities and channel partnerships.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and sales management systems.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Support channel marketing initiatives to increase brand visibility and sales.
- Attend occasional meetings aligned with US Eastern Time Zone when required.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Business Development, Technical Sales, Channel Sales, or Account Management.
- Experience in Pro AV, Audio Visual, IT Infrastructure, Networking, Technology Solutions, or related industries.
- Strong B2B sales and relationship management skills.
- Experience working with distributors, resellers, and channel partners.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience using CRM platforms.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
