Job Summary:
The CRM Executive is responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships, improving customer satisfaction, handling customer queries, and ensuring excellent service experience. The role also includes customer database management, follow-ups, feedback collection, and supporting sales growth through customer engagement activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update customer database regularly.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests professionally.
- Build long-term relationships with customers through regular communication.
- Coordinate with sales and operations teams for customer issue resolution.
- Conduct customer follow-ups for feedback, repeat business, and service quality.
- Plan and execute customer engagement activities, loyalty programs, and promotional campaigns.
- Track customer satisfaction levels and prepare reports.
- Ensure timely response to calls, emails, and messages.
- Analyze customer behavior and suggest improvement strategies.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer information and records.
- Support business growth by improving customer retention and repeat sales.
Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
