Job description
A interior Site supervisor with an excellent knowledge on architectural and interior designing, and with proven track-record of creating successful Site executions in the industry.
Job Responsibilities
· Oversee day to day operations of the Site
· Understanding Execution and GFC Drawings and interfacing between client and departments within the organization.
· To understand the technical requirements of the work and be able to explain the same to stake holders and contractors.
· Provide positive direction to motivate and implement quality performance
· Set project goals and oversee projects to completion
· Communicate with Vendors and contractors effectively regarding the implementation queries
· Should have preferably worked on implementation of interiors for high end premium Villas/ Residential & Commercial Projects
· Should have excellent communication skills & capability of coordinating with clients, consultants, Contractors & Vendors.
· Prepare daily, weekly , interim and final reports and submit to the client and to the management as well.
· 3 to 5 Years of Experience in the Residential Interior Industry.
· Communication in English and Hindi is Mandatory
· Candidate should be good at multi-tasking and Pleasant personality.
· Candidate must be self-motivated, energetic, team player with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
· Keeping up to date with new developments in the design industry.
· Experience of Auto-CAD and MS Office is must.
· Co-ordination with Client / Designers from concept to final stage.
