About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Tele caller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, providing accurate information to customers, maintaining records, and supporting overall customer engagement efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and respond to inbound inquiries
- Provide complete information about products/services
- Maintain data of calls and customer interactions
- Follow up with leads and ensure timely communication
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets
- Handle customer concerns professionally and courteously
- Coordinate with internal teams when needed
Required Qualifications
- Minimum education: +2 / Graduate (preferred)
- Excellent communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred)
- Ability to handle calls with patience and professionalism
- Prior telecalling/customer service experience is an advantage
